Unit X project, in collaboration with Lydia Credentino and Aoife Dodson, 2023. 
A brand identity for our graphic design degree show. A degree show must represent all students despite of the variation of designers we are, which is why my team and I, created Export as. It's inspired by the common daily task we all do as designers, which is exporting files and represents how we're exporting from university to industry.

Our logo was inspired by the forward/ extended motion which we associate when exporting files from one place to another. 
The extended letter also symbolises the journey students are under going when finishing uni to industry. 
The lozenge shape created from the extention of the letter is then also used as an asset which is used throughout the identity. 
The colours chosen represent the creativity and contrast we share between us as creatives
A year book is usually designed however we decided to go for a leaflet which has all student details which are necessary for employers to reach out and to view work digitally. We opted for this as it allows us to use donations from fundraising on other elements like the website which has much more impact when networking with  
The website uses the lozenge shape and a horizontal motion to link back to the inspiration behind the identity. I designed it for both desktop and website. 
A way for visitors to engage with the show and to market it further we thought about having a mirror with brand assets stickers as a photo opportunity. We made Instagram story stickers and filters.   
From our research, reaching the website after visiting the degree show was extremely difficult so we created small posters with a QR code which takes you back to the shows website.
